These booking terms and conditions apply to everyone who takes part in a Let’s Dance! Silent Disco Tour. These terms and conditions contain important information regarding your booking, and upon entry you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

Sales

All sales are final, and the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

Cancellation

In the unfortunate scenario that Let’s Dance! are forced to cancel an event, at any time, entry fees will be refunded in full. As above.

 

Equipment

Let’s Dance! checks and maintains all equipment thoroughly. If a customer returns equipment broken or in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer will be liable for the cost of broken, unrepairable or missing equipment. These will be charged at £65 per headset.

 

Attire

Participants must wear appropriate clothing for the weather on the day of the walk and appropriate footwear for walking on the relevant area and terrain. 

 

Weather

All walks are held rain or shine! We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose your shoes and clothing, umbrella or poncho should also be considered.

Data protection

We are always responsible with your data and never share it with any other individuals or businesses.

Late Arrivals 

The walk will start at the time stated. Once the tour begins, it won’t be possible to collect headphones and join. We do not offer refunds to people who miss the tour because they are late. You are responsible for making allowance for any potential delays to your arrival.

 

Accident or Loss

Please take care of all personal property. Let’s Dance! will not be liable for any theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused.

 

Photos and Videos

All participants acknowledge and agree that Let’s Dance! is authorised to take photographs and videos of participants during the tour and utilise such photographs for the purpose of advertising Let’s Dance! - including being displayed on the Let’s Dance! website and social media.

 

If you wish to be excluded from any images or videos please make it known to a staff member or photographer. Fellow participants are likely to take photos and videos, Let’s Dance! are not responsible for this media being taken and shared online.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed on any of our tours.

 

Disclaimer

All participants taking part in a Let’s Dance! Silent Disco Tour event do so at their own risk. In no event shall Let’s Dance! be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.

Customers must accept they are participating at their own risk and it is the client’s responsibility that they are fit enough to participate. All participants will be required to disclose, to the Let’s Dance! tour guide, prior to the walk, whether the participant suffers from any medical condition which may prevent the participant taking part in the tour, for example epilepsy, injury, heart condition, severe asthma, or visual impairment.

All participants acknowledge and agree that they participate in the tour at their own risk. All participants are responsible for their own and accompanying children's safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the tour, all customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking/dancing.
