Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a tour?
All bookings are made online via our website: www.letsdancenorwich.co.uk simply pick a date then click ‘book now’.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final, and the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unfortunate event that Let’s Dance! is forced to cancel an event, at any time, entry fees will be refunded in full.
Can I book the tour for a group?
Yes! We offer group bookings to suit any occasion - whether it’s a friend’s birthday, a hen or stag party, or just a fun day out with friends. Simply increase your quantity when booking through the website.
Are the tours suitable for children?
All of our tours are suitable for children of all ages. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
How many people will be on the tour?
We want everyone in the group to enjoy themselves while being able to clearly follow their tour guide so each tour will have a minimum of 12, to a maximum of 35 people.
How long will the tours last?
The tours will last approximately one hour.
Where do we meet?
When you have made your booking your tour guide will advise you on the meeting /starting point. Located close to Norwich Castle and car parking areas.
What’s the difference between a traditional walking tour of Norwich and the Silent Disco Tours?
We’ve come up with an innovative and fun way of showing visitors the sights of Norwich. Each tour will have a specially-created playlist that participants can listen to through their wireless headphones. You’ll sing and dance thorough the city of Norwich, passing well-known locations as you go.
Do I need to dance?
No. While some people can’t help but boogie through the streets to the music, some people prefer to walk. It’s completely up to you!
What happens if it rains?
All tours are held rain or shine. We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose your shoes and clothing, umbrella or poncho should also be considered.
What footwear is appropriate?
Due to Norwich’s cobbled streets and narrow alleyways we recommend wearing comfortable shoes, ideally trainers.
